SAFETY / TYREDECK TOOL

Puncture decision guide

Work through pressure loss and visible puncture location to understand whether to stop, inspect, repair or replace.

HOW TO USE THIS TOOL

Use the values printed on your tyre or measured with a suitable gauge. TyreDeck explains the result but does not certify a tyre, wheel or vehicle as safe.

What this tells you

A tyre can only be judged repairable after proper inspection. Sidewall/shoulder damage, structural damage or having been driven flat can rule out repair.

Use it properly

Note whether pressure loss is rapid or slow and where visible damage sits. Do not remove an embedded object at the roadside if doing so could accelerate pressure loss.

Safety note

If you see a bulge, exposed cord, serious cut, rapid pressure loss or a visibly flat tyre, avoid unnecessary driving and arrange a competent physical inspection.

NEXT STEP

Use the result as a starting point, not a diagnosis.

Check the related TyreDeck guidance or compare replacement options only when the condition or specification points that way.
